Arbolis Trading Company ships orders either by FedEx Ground or USPS.

To Purchase: To order a selection; simply click to purchase. You can always change or remove an item from your cart. When you're done shopping, click the "Proceed to Check Out" icon, on the "Order Status" page. If you prefer to order offline, we have an order form that you can print out and mail in.

Forms of Payment: Use your Visa, Master Card, or your Pay Pal account for online ordering. To pay by money order or check use the order form that you can print out and mail in.

Shipping & Handling Charges: Shipments are based on weight. Sales tax will be added only to California orders. For orders over 20 lbs., please contact us and we will advise you of the shipping and handling charges.

Bulk Orders: Please contact us if you are interested in buying large quantities of any item or items. We will contact you with pricing information.

International Shipping: Please contact us and tell us what you want to order. We will let you know the shipping and handling charges for delivery to your country. You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or customs fees charged by your local government.

Returns: All sales are final. You may return defective products within 30 days for a replacement (shipping & handling charges are not refundable). Please return merchandise to our address listed below. We will promptly process your return.
